Return Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our electronic components. Each product undergoes thorough inspection by our QC team before shipping to guarantee quality, in addition to factory - level quality assurance.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Shipped Items

  • Damaged During Transit: Inspect packages upon delivery. If items are damaged, take clear photos or videos as evidence and obtain a "Proof of Damage" from the shipping carrier. You can request a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Defective Items: If a product is defective (e.g., non - functional, has manufacturing flaws), contact us with detailed descriptions and photos of the defect.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive items that don't match your order (wrong model, specifications, etc.), take photos (including using a ruler or other reference if needed to show discrepancies) and email them to [email protected]. We'll respond within 24 hours.

General Returns

Electronic components must be in their original, unused condition. This means:
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact.
  • The components show no signs of being used, installed, or tampered with.
  • There is no physical damage, corrosion, or other issues that would affect their functionality.

Return Process

Time Limit

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the package.

Non - Acceptable Returns

  • Custom Orders: Components that were custom - designed or manufactured to your specific requirements.
  • Discounted/Specialty Items: Products that were on sale, price - reduced, or are non - stock items.
  • Customer - Induced Issues: Returns due to incorrect selection of component model, specifications, or dissatisfaction with a chosen product where the item itself is not defective or incorrect.

Step 1: Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number

Within 7 days of receiving the package, submit a return request to our customer service team. Include:
  • Your order number.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for return.
  • Relevant photos (as mentioned in the eligibility sections).
    Returns sent without prior approval (i.e., without an RA number) will be refused. Once your request is approved, we'll send you an RA number via email.

Step 2: Prepare the Merchandise for Return

Ensure the electronic components meet the "General Returns" condition (unused, original packaging and accessories intact, no damage or tampering).

Step 3: Ship to Our Warehouse

  • Send the package within 5 days of receiving the RA number.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Provide the tracking number and tracking website to our customer service within 5 days of shipping.
  • Use standard postal mail (avoid express services unless otherwise agreed) to help control costs. We only accept prepaid packages; Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) is not permitted.
  • If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect item, etc.), we'll reimburse the return shipping costs. If the returned items are not in the original condition, we may charge a restocking/processing fee or refuse a refund if the items cannot be resold.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement Processing

We'll process returns within 3 - 5 business days after receiving the package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 30 days (depending on your payment provider) to appear in your account. For replacements, we'll send out the correct items as soon as possible once the return is processed. Items that do not meet return conditions will not be refunded and will not be sent back to you.
